Feb. 11, 2009 -- The Davenport model in Tarpon Landings, a mid-rise village in Tarpon Point Marina, was presented with eight awards including the “Superior Home” award in its category at the Lee Building Industry Association Parade of Homes ceremony in February.

The $1.25 million, 4,009-square foot condominium model also won prizes for best exterior, best landscape, best kitchen, best bath, best livability, best interior design and best outdoor living.  Developed by Grosse Pointe Development Company, Jan Wallace of Robb & Stucky merchandised the Davenport; The Evans Group designed community landscaping and Tarpon Landings’ pool.  

Dressed in tones of cream and beige, the residence's muted decor is designed to highlight the expansive views of the marina and the Caloosahatchee River that are visible from every room.

Tarpon Landings is made up of three buildings containing 210 condominium homes, each building with 12 floors of homes over two floors of two- and three-car enclosed garages. The Davenport is just one of the towers’ seven home designs, each of which boast panoramic views of the marina, preserve and the river.
