CAPE CORAL, Fla. (July 15, 2008) — Grosse Pointe Development Company has signed an agreement with SunStream Hotel & Resort Management to manage The Resort at MarinaVillage in Tarpon Point Marina, announced company President Jim Crumbie.

The company will be responsible for managing the Residence Club's resort-style luxuries such as room service, housekeeping and professional concierge services. MarinaVillage’s furnished, two- and three-bedroom residences range from 1,235 to 2,195 square feet under air and feature master suites, grand rooms, guest suites and private dining terraces.

Fractional ownerships of The Resort at MarinaVillage Residence Club are available starting at $74,000 for a 1/12 share.

MarinaVillage will be a commercial, residential and retail center, within Tarpon Point Marina that will be open to the public. Pavilions situated along a waterfront promenade will offer boutiques and retail outlets, a day spa and fitness center. Restaurant plans include two casual restaurants with indoor and outdoor dining. Both will feature marina views, a full bar and award-winning cuisine. The resort portion of the project is scheduled to open in November 2009.

Situated at the mouth of the Caloosahatchee River, Tarpon Point Marina is located at 5902 Silver King Boulevard.
