No association fees for three years at Tarpon Landings - Back To News

CAPE CORAL, Fla. (July 2008) — Grosse Pointe Development is offering to pay three years condo association fees for purchasers of developer-owned units at Tarpon Landings, announced Nick Cross, director of sales for the community’s developer. Tarpon Landings is the first mid-rise condominium village within Tarpon Point Marina in Cape Coral.

Homes, which range in size from 2,844 to 5,296 square feet of air-conditioned living space, are still available for sales and are priced from the high $600s to more than $3 million.

Tarpon Landings has 210 condominium homes, each building with 12 floors of homes over two floors of two- and three-car enclosed garages. There are 70 homes, four penthouses and 20 pool cabanas in each building. Tarpon Landings has a resort-style swimming pool, hot tub, and a 4,000-square-foot clubhouse with exercise facilities, media lounge, recreation area and catering kitchen.

Other community amenities will include MarinaVillage at Tarpon Point, featuring a waterfront retail center; a 184-room resort and Residence Club; two waterfront restaurants each featuring indoor and outdoor dining; a day spa and fitness center; resort-style pool; and a deep-water marina with 175 slips for boats up to 75 feet long. Other marina features open to the public include fishing charters, tours and boat rentals.

Situated at the mouth of the Caloosahatchee River, Tarpon Point Marina is located at 5902 Silver King Boulevard.  At build out within the next nine years, Tarpon Point Marina will have 976 single-family homes, condominium homes, park homes and lake-view homes.
