(Feb. 14, 2008) – The Amelia model in Tarpon Landings, the first condominium village in Tarpon Point Marina was presented with eight awards including the “Best Overall” award in its category at the Cape Coral Construction Industry Association’s Builders’ Showcase award ceremony in February.

The 2,888-square foot condominium model also won prizes for best exterior, best kitchen, best bathroom, best pool area, best interior, best floor plan and best landscaping in Category 9.  Developed by Grosse Pointe Development Company, Interior Design Elements in Naples merchandised the Amelia; The Evans Group designed community landscaping and Tarpon Landings’ pool.
